We respect the journey of the food we cook and eat, from the soil to the seed, the farmer to the supplier and the chef to the customer. 
Our mission is to pay homage to Mexico’s amazing culture, it’s people and it’s food.
We use the best ingredients we can find so we can strive everyday to make the best tacos you can find.
Every dish begins it’s journey with a Mexican flavour, technique or ingredient. We use the finest locally sourced, where possible, ingredients to create our dishes. 
All our dried chilies are imported from Mexico.

POSITIVE IMPACT COMMITMENT!

We are committed to making a positive impact through our work, sustainability and contribution.
All our takeaway food packaging is compostable and made from plants instead of plastic. We have no plastic bottles in our drinks fridge. 
We are involved in a number of projects such as Tree Planting to give back to the soil which provides us with our food.                                                 We planted 100 tress in Ireland in 2021 with Home Tree Charity.
